YOUR CONDUCT & PET ELIGIBILITY

The Doggy Den reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel reservations in its sole discretion. You are responsible for ensuring your pet meets all health and vaccination requirements (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella) as outlined in our facility policies. We reserve the right to refuse any dog that exhibits aggressive behavior or signs of illness to protect the safety of our staff and other guests.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND OTHER CONTENT

You may post reviews or photos on our social media or third-party listing pages, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise injurious to third parties. If you do post content or submit material, you grant The Doggy Den a nonexclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, and display such content in any media (such as our website or social media).

PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS

The Doggy Den attempts to be as accurate as possible regarding service descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. If a service offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to discuss the matter with management for a resolution. We cannot confirm the final price of a service (such as grooming) until the service is performed, as costs may vary based on the pet’s coat condition or behavior.

DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of The Doggy Den Services will be adjudicated in the state or Federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. We each waive any right to a jury trial.
